This is a Lootle. They are creations designed by master balloon designer Robbie Furman. He made a video about how to make your own Lootles. This is the second Lootle that I have created. The bowling ball was my doing. The shoes were designed by Balloon Heart Jr. She even made me put the size of the shoes on the back. I hope to make more of these balloon Lootles.
