Hello, all!

The dolphin above is one of the newer creations that I have learned, courtesy of Thelma Levett and I'm enjoying making them. I am looking forward to the Barnes and Nobles events with Agora Cyber Charter School this week as well as my Wednesday night hangout, Friendly's. Here are the fun details.

Tuesday, June 16th, 10:30AM - 12:30PM
Join me at the Wyomissing Barnes and Noble for an Agora Cyber Charter School Showcase event. This is a free, public event. Not only will you receive a balloon but Agora has activities for the children as well. Be sure to pick up the Barnes and Noble summer reading program form. Your child will get a free book for every 8 books they read and they can fill out the form twice this summer!

Wednesday, June 17th
11:30AM - 1:30PM
Join me at the North Wales Barnes and Noble for an Agora Cyber Charter School Showcase event. This is a free, public event. Not only will you receive a balloon but Agora has activities for the children as well. Be sure to pick up the Barnes and Noble summer reading program form. Your child will get a free book for every 8 books they read and they can fill out the form twice this summer!

5PM - 7:30PM
Join me at my regular Wednesday evening balloon twisting spot - Friendly's on Shoemaker Road in Pottstown - yes, right by the Wal-Mart. Try the Kit Kat frenzy - yummy!

Thursday, June 18th, 10:30AM - 12:30PM
Join me at the Rittehouse Square, Philadelphia Barnes and Noble for an Agora Cyber Charter School Showcase event. This is a free, public event. Not only will you receive a balloon but Agora has activities for the children as well. Be sure to pick up the Barnes and Noble summer reading program form. Your child will get a free book for every 8 books they read and they can fill out the form twice this summer!

Details for all of my public events are on my website calendar. Yes, I am completely booked for June. July and August and September (believe it or not) are filling up quickly so be sure to call me soon to book your summer and fall events as I will be available only on a limited basis from August through November.

Camp Hill, Friendly's and The Hard Bean Cafe this week.

I will be traveling to the Camp Hill Barnes and Noble on Tuesday, June 9th with Agora Cyber Charter School. You will find me twisting balloons from 10:30AM - 12:30PM. This is a free, public event.

Wednesday, June 10th
Join me at my regular Wednesday evening balloon twisting spot - Friendly's on Shoemaker Road in Pottstown - yes, right by the Wal-Mart. I will be there from 5PM - 7:30PM.

Thursday, June 11th
Join me at the Hard Bean Cafe in Boyertown this Thursday morning from 10:00-11:00AM. Moms bring your children and get yourself some yummy coffee!

A Picture From This Week

At the first of seven Agora Cyber Charter School Showcase Events for this month being held at various Barnes and Noble locations....I was able to take a few minutes to take my camera out, get parent approval and capture some pictures. Aren't they cute?

Week of May 31, 2009

Hello, all!

The week ahead has me twisting balloons in many areas. Today I am traveling to Tannersville, PA for College Nannies & Tutors Grand Opening of their Tannersville office.

Tuesday, I will be in Easton at the Barnes & Noble for my first Agora Showcase Event. This is a public event and I will be there from 11:30AM-1:30PM.

Wednesday, I will be at Agora's Showcase Event at the Exton Barnes & Noble from 10:30AM-12:30PM and will later in the day be at my weekly restaurant twisting location, at Friendly's on Shoemaker Rd. in Pottstown on Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:30PM.

Week of May 11

Hello, all!

This week is a light balloon twisting week for me, by choice, as Encore Theater Company is holding auditions for the fall production of Music Man and I get to have fun assisting with casting the show.

However, I look forward to seeing all of my friends at Friendly's on Shoemaker Rd. in Pottstown on Wednesday evening from 5:00-7:30PM.

What I have been up to...

I completed my VERY FIRST balloon show on Saturday night for a church congregational dinner. I had the best time and received many affirmations that I am on the right path. If you know of a church that is interested in a 30 minute gospel balloon show, definitely tell them about me as I now have one ready to go! Below is a picture of the two "lions," from our balloon version of "Daniel and the Lion's Den."



I also got word this week that I will be the balloon twister for "Agora Showcase" events all around the eastern side of PA in June. This will be seven public events at different Barnes And Noble locations. I could not be more excited. That being said, I will not be doing many parties on the weekends in June, as I will need some family time and recovery time.

Additionally, I was scheduled back at the Hard Bean Cafe for Thursday, June 5th at 10:00AM and also Monday, July 6th at 11:30 AM, immediately following a story time led by the Boyertown Library.

Yes, I'm busy, busy, busy. If you are waiting to book me, well, I would not wait long, as I have June almost completely booked and have late summer and fall dates already coming in.
